1. MATCH WITH A TRAINER
Answer some initial questions about yourself and your workout goals, and we’ll pair you with one of our trainers.
2. RECEIVE WELCOME KIT
We’ll mail you the Apple Watch—if you don’t have one already—along with a personal note from your trainer.
3. SCHEDULE A WORKOUT
During the initial video call with your assigned trainer, you’ll schedule your first personalized workout.
4. TRACK & IMPROVE
Your watch will track your reps and movements so your trainer can deliver live feedback and plan future workouts.
